Here's one written by some guy who's done it a few times...
After I wrote that, I bought a Motive bleeder, and it works nicely for reverse-bleeding. Just have to disconnect the hose from the reservoir-cap-adapter. Stick the hose directly on the clutch slave bleeder.
To get FRESH fluid down into the clutch slave, you have to first put fresh fluid in the line, then pump the clutch a few times to mix it up. Then flush some more fresh into the bleeder.
Flush the brakes after you're done, because this pushes old fluid up into the reservoir.
