My 2002 9-3SE is at ~160K miles.

It is in need of wheel bearing replacement. (It makes a slight grinding noise that sounds worst when turning in a particular direction. Is it worth while to change both sides or just the loud side? The part isn't expensive nor cheap, but as far as I know, I'm not saving any work/money changing both at the same time.

Also, my mechanic told me the right (passenger side) "lower ball joint" is very loose. He said I should order the A-arm as well. Again, is this something I want to change on both sides, or just the side that appear to be bad?

What other parts should I inspect before I do this work? (I already changed my shocks to Koni 50K miles ago, and have new rotors/pads).
