They are always suspect, due to the hydraulic bushings going bad. At 125K, they are probably bad. You can get poly bushing with them if you go to genuinesaab.com (poly may increase vibration).
There are lots of reasons the front end might vibrate in these cars. Tire belt issues, wheels not round or true, front end components. If it's only under acceleration, the inner drivers are suspect.
Also, if you had teh balancing done on anything but a hunter gsp9700, I would have it done again on one of those before doing any front end work. http://www.gsp9700.com. The have a link to find one near you.
