As Adam said this is actually a really easy job and if you have time DIY. Go with the Poly from GS.

The inner bushings have to be pushed out so I don't see any way you would be able to do it with the lower A arm still on. Even so. It is only three bolts to take it down.

In short: Adam is right... This is a DIY... Save your money, We are in a recession after all!
