In addition to my recent previous posts - regarding the top not going up or down , climate control problem and so on -- now the car seems to idle at around 925 RPM --- I have removed the air idle control unit and cleaned it - BUT dummy me forgot which way the flow should be -- I installed it with the flow direction from the lower part of the throddle body to the higher part - IS THIS CORRECT? I also noticed that the small diameter hose from the top of the valve cover to the bottom of the throddle body had broken off. The plastic nipple at the valve cover had broken off so I plugged the hose with a screw and also plugged the hole at the plastic part where the nipple had broken off -- but the idle is still constant at approx 925 rpm.

* I also noticed that the plumbing on my 1999 seems different then on my 2001 ------- on my 1999 there is a tube from the valve cover going and connecting down to the air intake hose and there is no PVC valve that I could find--- is the the entire PVC system?
