The inlet pipe is pretty expensive, take a look at genuinesaab.com, that will probably cost as much as it would to get your T25 rebuilt. However, while it wouldn't look as nice, you could put together your own inlet pipe with universal turbo pipe/hose pieces pretty inexpensively. The TD04HL-15T is made by Mitsubishi, and is a better unit than the Garrett T25. However, as an upgrade I don't know how well it will work without a software upgrade; you may risk damaging the engine by running lean. I strongly urge you to talk to Nick Taliaferro or Jak Stoll, or at least talk to some people on the performance board before you decide to purchase anything other than the T25. You don't want to put on a better turbo if your software can't support it. I recently upgraded my turbo because I blew a T25 myself. I went with a BIG turbo, but I had no choice but to upgrade my ECU and injectors.
