is that when you are manually raising the top and drop the rear window portion of the top (the fifth bow) into place it's bottom will not lock down to the tonneau thus will not make a weather tight seal. This is the very last step in the raising of the top in the normal way. I've seen a post where someone made this feature operate on a push button system but can't seem to find it.
