mark (currently at 185K), I have had to do:
water pump, mid pipe, a/c compressor bearing, driveshaft seals, fuel pump, purge valve, DIC, exhaust midpipe, both front wheel bearings, both front strut mounts (also replaced the struts even though they were 'technically' still ok just because they were both original, and i wouldn't want to have to pull everything apart in a few 1000 miles), both front lower control arms, both front tie rod ends, had to replace one of the strut housing at the time of the strut swap because it was rusted through at the gland nut (i live in NH), sway bar end links.

I know there's more, but can't think off hand now - will post anything else I remember...

It was like 155K was some kind of magic breakdown number for mine - almost no problems before then except routine maint. Of course, some things was occurring over the period of time - for example, I'm sure the strut housing didn't rust out in a year. At first I when I took the strut assembly out, I thought it was a crack. It wasn't until I took the gland nut off I realized what I thought was a crack was the outside of the thread grooves showing through!
