You never posted exactly which car you have. I just did this on my 2001 Viggen, about 6 months ago. I purchased the kit, alont with "555-560-462" though that hose is not used anymore....I have no idea why it's still being sold. Was a waste of money. Good thing about this, is that the last three items, have been replaced which is good. Now you need the kit, which comes with the new oil trap, the new oil filler cap and a couple of hoses with a check valve. Also, it comes with a special insulation to be wrapped around one of the hoses to be heated from the throttle body coolant hoses.

So, if I am correct, all you need to do is purchase the kit 55561200, and to the upgrade. Item number "55560548" which you mention seems to be an oil trap, but as far as I know you cannot buy it separately from the kit, I'm not sure which you have...
