Trying to figure out AC behavior

AC not keeping up with SC temps (already).
Hooked up gauges this morning (20C outside), and high side cycles 16.5 bar down to 11.5 bar when fan and AC clutch on. At the same time low side goes 2.5 to 1.5 bar. The cycle is very short (maybe bc it's not too hot out). I guess the high side pressure switches are working where they should.
Additionally, there's a fair amount of hissing in the evaporator/expansion valve area.
I'm leaving the gauges on right now to see if it's dropping pressure (leaking). At 5.6 bar equalized now. Does any of this indicate anything?
