Didn't check the lug nuts before I removed the wheel, but I HAD used a torque wrench during the install at 95 ft lbs. I did not use thread locker on the gland nut, but the Koni inserts come with a nut made to fit just them. I tightened the nut as tight as possible, and even though this thought had occured to me, I have sorta discounted the possibility since the car has been driven less than 500 miles since the rebuild. I haven't driven the car since checking it over, but maybe it was a loose wheel. If the clunk is still there, I think checking the motor and transmission mounts is warranteed. Don't know why I didn't think of that one, thanks for the suggestions.
