Ok so the job is done and what a pain in the butt it was. The easy out didn't work, there wasn't enough room to drill a pilot hole. Trust me when I say that we tried everything that we could think of. Even tried to heat it up with a torch and take the little bit of bolt out. Ended up cutting a small hole to see the end of the bolt with torch from under the frame, right by where the other small round hole is. Then torched out the sheared bolt. Ended up buying a longer 7/16 bolt, washer, lock washer, and nut. So now the control arm is held together by a bolt and nut through the casing. Don't let this happen to you, never seize your bolt so that the control arm couplers don't seize on your bolt when replacing your control arms and it might be a good idea to buy a new bolt when replacing the control arm.
