Both of these parts are are a little tricky to DIY, but not so bad. Have the battery disconnected when you change the throttle otherwise it might trip the limp home solenoid as soon as you turn the ignition back on. The range switch is under the battery tray so kake sure you don't have a leaking battery or it could take out the new part.
