I removed the headlights just to gain better access to the AC condenser area. Removed the radiator first without headlight removal. Removing the headlights just gave me room to grab air deflectors and fit into the condenser slot that hold them in-place and the lower two screws. My manual wasn't exactly clear on this. Since PO didn't reattach everything correctly, the radiator came out without messing with the AC condenser. Now I know way the condenser line broke. Vibration from condenser not being mounted securely. Everything is better now that parts are completely/correctly installed. Dam plastic radiators cracking at the seams. At least this happened after the wife made it home without overheating the cylinder-head. She's finally watching the gauges after her PT Cruiser warped a head. Bless her for not causeing major damage.
