Try the epoxy repair, that could work.

The hose simply rests down in the low point near a drain, so it's not like that hose snaps into a fitting like the sunroof drain tubes. Water draining from the antenna during a turn might go far enough sideways to get on the carpeting or something. Can't think of any other consequences...
