Yes, you will have many problems unless you download an EPC for both model years and compare all periperal equipment (such as sensors, ECU, wiring harnesses, etc), prior to the swap to make sure that they have the same part numbers. If the numbers are different, you will have a problem. Also, make sure that the transmissions being used use the same drive shafts. Flywheels may be different as well as fuel connections to the fuel rail. Lots of little things to ponder... Ron
