Other things click when the ignition is turned to the crank position too. The only reason this car has a starter relay is to allow TWICE to interupt the cicuit. The starter relay is in the panel above the driver's feet. It has a thick orange wire and a thick yellow wire for the starter solenoid cicuit. The thick orange wire is power from maxi fuse #2 and the yellow wire goes through a connector and then straight to the starter solenoid. If you jump across these wires it should crank. Be sure you are in nuetral or you will go for a ride.
To check the crank signal from the ignition switch power goes from the switch to fuse 36 and to the small green/black wire at the relay. In crank you should have battery voltage at the green/black wire. The last thing to check is the small brown wire. That is a ground from TWICE to pull down the relay. If TWICE is allowing cranking this wire will be a ground with the ignition in the on or crank positions.
