Would first try a can of IsoDry (isopropanol not methanol based) water remover in gas tank. Fuel line freeze ups are more likely when car is parked uphill or downhill. Water in fuel can also block fuel filter. You can feel/hear if fuel pump is running after removing bottom of rear seat. Can check pump voltage at connector under seat between two fat wires (black and green I think). Fuel pressure can be measured using a gauge inserted in larger of two fuel lines on right side of engine. Sometimes when fuel pumps fail, they stop intermittently due to burnt spots on pump motor commutator. Swedecar's post in link below shows how to check out fuel pump electrically using an oscilloscope.
