Turbo by-pass valve solenoid

My car (2000 9-3 base) had a code P1110 indicating a turbo by-pass valve problem.
I found that the nipple for the vacuum hose to the valve is broken at the control solenoid, installed on the bulkhead.
I searched eeuroparts.com and thesaabsite.com but cannot find the solenoid.
Does it have a part number or does it come as part of the by-pass valve?
