Drivers Window Alignment

Anyone have any info on re-aligning the drivers side window on a 99 'vert?
The drivers side window winds up outside the channel it should sit in along the a-pillar. It only drips during heavy rains (nothing rushing in) and there is some wind noise. It is more annoying than anything. Considering the car is now 12 years old with 100K it is the only thing wrong with the car so I'd like to get it taken care of.
