Question On Remaining Plugs/Screws Around Headlights Posted by Frank [Email] (#2509) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Frank) on Fri, 3 Jun 2011 17:10:19 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I just finished replacing radiator on my '97 SAAB 900 SE Turbo.
Amzaing "bonding" experience!
I got through the ordeal, changing all hoses and was amazed/pleased
that I had no leftover parts -- or holes! that is until I got to the box with the lights and torx screws. The box had 4 screws for each side.
The engine compartment had two light fixtures and two connectors on each side.
Well, when i went to install the light assemblies, I could only remember/locate three screw holes (two on top of headlght component
and the one used to hold the headlight and side light components together). That leads me with an extra screw for each side.
Also, after installing the two lights in the side light and the one
connector to the headlight component, there was an "extra" electrical connector on each side.
Any ideas where I should "stick" the extra copnnector and screw the
extra torx screws so i can close this project down for good.
Thanks in advance.
