They are definitely worn out at this point. My suggestion would be to go for Koni adjustables since you will love them. You don't save much money going OEM and the low priced shocks/struts don't have much better damping than your worn out factory units IME. Th Koni's OTOH, will make you think you're driving a new car - adn they are adjustable if you want a different feel to your new car.
You can easily do the rears. The fronts might be more challenging if you've never done structs before. There might be some special challenges with the high miles. So, you might want to pay someone to replace those (you buy the parts, have them do the replacement) if your skills are on the light side.
