Mostly, but not completely unless you get really creative I suppose. The hard part is that you can't really latch the 5th bow (rear window part) to the tonneau cover or unlatch it unless you are lucky and it is still working.
If you fold down the rear seat back, you will find an opening. It's actually for skis etc. ,but the round rubber plug behind the seat covers a valve. Open the valve to allow the tonneau ram to be moved. If the 5th bow is unlatched you fold it up and forward. Then you have to pull back the carpet on the right side of the trunk and you can work the tonneau cover with a tire iron or extension. There is a black metal tube welded into the tonneau drive for this purpose. Watch the flaps on the tonneau cover as it opens so you don't break them. With the tonneau up and open you can fold the whole top down into it's storage and then go back in the trunk to lock down the tonneau cover.
