The low mileage is good on one hand, not so good on the other, as cars need to be used. But it sounds like you have some kind of service history, which is a real plus.
If you get it, have ALL the fluids flushed right away: oil, tranny fluid (do a full flush), brake fluid, coolant. Then do the serpentine belt and pulleys, unless they were done at the 60,000 service. New plugs and all filters, too, unless done at 60K.
Make sure the top operates correctly, because it's not usually cheap to fix if it doesn't.
Check the date of the tires. With such low miles the tires could actually be fairly old and need replacing. Look for small cracks in the sidewalls, especially next to the rim.
The big strand-your-wife items are the DI cassette and the fuel pump, maybe the crankshaft position sensor, any of which can go without warning. But they usually last much longer than the mileage you have. So they *should* be OK.
Sounds like a great deal.
