...and after many smashed knuckles, choice words, stretching, pulling, more smashed knuckles, etc., etc., the petcock is so easy!!! Besides the fluid comes out in a controlled manner so you catch it before it runs into a near by stream, river or the water table.
So how do you get your hoses of so easily? Is there a trick? Do you use those special plyers (I've thought of getting a pair but they look useless as they probably wouldn't fit in most places. Could also be as previous owner ran 'stop leak' in my system for good measure and perhaps it glued the hoses on???
