I watched vid and one other on reset. Found all parts identified in video. The cogged wheel at first moved when advancing throttle linkage but no matter what I tried it woulnt allow the the reset. I found a plastic piston was inline of that plastic cogged disk that probably prevented the reset of limp. New TB about $500 according to Saab indie office manager and 2-3 hrs labor for replacement. He said rebuild doesn't go well.
Still curious of dash symptoms like loss of cruise and TCS if the TB is cause. I find the limp a symptom of one of the electronic systems. Thoughts?
