I don't know about you guys, but having a $175 muffler rot out in under 3yrs ticks me off.

Search "saab 900 muffler" on fleebay...there will be close to 300 results, but whip through them, skipping over everything that doesn't visually show the easily identifiable ng900/9-3 rear muffler. Amongst the thumbnail photos (that show the correct part) are some that look a bit "puffy" resembling an over inflated mylar balloon. The description will usually include the words "natural steel" & the price will be $90 to $120...usually w/free shipping. The cheaper end of that range are usually mufflers designated as fitting only v6 models [like item #230658555955 and 230709557840], but don't let this sway you, I have a junkyard se 2.5 v6 (twin exit pipe) muffler on our 2.3 4banger now...it fits fine.

Sooo, a question & a warning....

Question; Has anyone bought one of these & if so, are you sorry?

Warning; I suspect most of these sellers are affiliates of "autopartswarehouse", which is entirely a south east Asian (INDIA) operation & one I have had a terrible experience with.
