i have a 2000 93 144k on it when i get to about 2/3 tank of gas my check engine light comes on, the car runs fine otherwise. i notice that the fuel cap is hard to remove almost like there is vaccum on it but no noise of air escaping or entering when removed. also the car seems to not fire as quick when it gets to 1/4 tank. is my fuel pump failing or could this be a evaporative system problem. when i fill it up the light goes out and everything is fine untill about 2/3 tank, any thoughts would be great thanks
