Remember, the level on the dipstick (between full and low) is just one liter. IIRC, the total oil capacity is 4.7 liters. It's possible to have no oil on the dipstick and still have 3+ liters in the sump.
I don't know how much oil the OP is loosing but if its enough to cause a significant drop in a short time then he would be seeing smoke out the exhaust.
Oil leaks can be hard to track down. You may not see large puddles under the car in the morning and still be leaking large amounts of oil. A technician could thoroughly check for leaks up on a lift with the engine running. My advice to the OP would be to refill his oil then have the car checked out.
