The vacuum leak connection with misfires is something to look at especially after a known good DI cassette yields the same codes. Common vacuum leaks are any of the the 3 vacuum hoses on the throttle-body or the plastic hose to the brake booster. Less common, intake manifold gasket or loose throttle-body. Vacuum leaks almost always have symptoms and usually set codes. Dan at Road Tested Saabs.
