I've had this happen before many times - you do some repair, it seems to fix something, but then it goes back to problem again -
while changing the fluid is probably necessary anyway to prevent wear and hard cold shifts, your experience shows clearly that that is not the problem, and that moving the transmission around, jacking the car, etc something allowed the transmission to shift temporarily, especially given the nature of these to "get out of alignment" and cause shifting problems compared to other setups (i.e. cables or direct linkage internal to the unit on RWD)
Unless the oil somehow dislodged a broken part in the trans. itself (which can happen on an automatic, but I've NEVER heard of that on a manual, esp. a ZF) the oil is not the problem.
I suspect you have an actual partial broken transmission, or that as I first proposed the throw out bearing is faulty - the problem is that on the car it is nearly impossible to determine either without a trained diagnostician that knows these Saabs.
If you are anywhere near the 100k mile mark and have the original clutch (I don't recall from your previous posts) then my recommendation is a clutch job. The trans can be verified for operation off the car, and the clutch and throw out bearing changed. If you just had the clutch done then I would take it back to who did it. If it's way early (60k miles) you might limp along, but I think your shifting issue will only get worse, and as I found out on my old 900 when the shift is forced it eventually ruins the gear - I pushed into second when it wasn't aligned correctly and now it won't engage half the time or slips out. (car has 180k miles)
Sorry for the bad news but I think you will end up tearing your hair out before finding the problem with it as is...
