I was referring to the actual sunroof glass itself. There was water getting inside that was seeping between the glass of the sunroof and the black aluminum edge. So I taped it all up (masked the area needed to be sealed) and then ran some silicone all around with my finger so it would fill between the glass and aluminum. It must be less than 1mm. I have no idea how water go in through there, but it did. I got black silicone so it looked nice.
