Leak at front corners of sun roof

I have a 2000 9-3 and am experiencing leaks in the sunroof when the car sits in the rain for any length of time. It seems the water is pooling up in the front corners near the drain holes. So, a few days ago I used a can of compressed air and rubber tubing to blow air down the drain holes in case they were blocked, and then poured some water in the area around each drain hole and verified the water ran out of the drains near the front wheel wells.

I thought that had solved the issue, but yesterday while running errands in heavy rain, when the car sat for even 10 minutes, water again seemed to pool in the front corners and then dripped out inside the car when I drove off (thus causing the water to run toward the back of the car.

I suppose the back drains could also be clogged, but with the sun roof open, I am not able to see the rear drain holes. Where are they located?

Any other ideas on what to check?
