It's not possible to tell easily without loosening them with a torque wrench set to a lower setting like 40 or 50 Nm and if they come lose without the wrench clicking, they are in need of being replaced and retorqued.
If the engine is cold and cooling system depressurized, it is no harm in replacing one bolt at the time.
After so many years, my picture of the bolts are not worth that much unless you buy the bolts from a Saab dealer.
It is a bunch of after market sources that sell bolts and they come in all flavors nowadays, so you can't follow my picture unless buying genuine bolts.
