My '02 had 180, 185, 185, 180 when I bought it with 50K miles on it. I consider my car very well cared for, both before my ownership and during, so I think that would be a good target for you. Of course some others may have more extensive input.

The clutches do not seem to be compatible between 9-5's and 9-3's, but I'm guessing that you are just asking with regards to life expectancy. John Williams says he sees Viggen clutches start to go around 120k but you have to take into account driving style and how much of the car's life has been spent on the highway vs. city.
