Car might run for a few seconds on pressure in fuel system maintained by check valve on fuel pump. Try parking car on level ground and putting in isopropyl (not methanol) gas line anti-freeze and waiting a long time, or moving to heated garage and waiting an hour or two. If it starts and runs after this treatment, then that's likely the problem.
