Brake Not Releasing - One Wheel. Master Cyl or ABS?

Brakes started to feel funny a couple weeks ago. Too much brakes, not too little. Pedal felt like there was too much power assist, and there was a very slight lag between letting up on the pedal and the brakes completely releasing. It was difficult to come to a smooth stop. I did some looking around and I discovered that the right front wheel was getting noticeably warmer than the others.
I raised the car and the right front wheel was more difficult to turn, like the brakes were still partially applied. I pulled the caliper, and though I could move the piston and there were no leaks, I replaced the caliper anyway.
Now with the new caliper installed and bled, I cannot move the wheel at all by hand - the brake is not releasing.
I can only conclude that I have a bad master cylinder or a faulty ABS controller. There are no error codes showing. Anyone have any thoughts about how I can test either of these components? Anyone had similar experience?
Thanks
