I would think $4000 is the absolute top price. I know several people that have been happy to get $2500 for a very clean 9-3 of that era with similar mileage. But if I was looking for one and the body and interior where spotless and it was maintenance was great I would consider it.
You will want to see the maintenance receipts due to this being in the sludge years. I would want to see oil changes every 5,000 miles not the 10,000 recommended that year. I would suggest you have a pre purchase inspection performed by someone that knows these cars and if I bought it I would be removing the oil pan after I got it home to check for sludge and change out the oil pickup screen as they are not expensive and its good insurance to keep it running for a few hundred thousand miles.
