Yeah, you might just need one of the wheel sensors cleaned off. literally. They attract metal particles/shavings and then when they stop sensing correctly, you get a light. You can just unscrew them (although that can be hard without breaking the screw off; they rust), and then unplug the sensor. I've read of some people just using compressed air to blow the sensor off of all the crud buildup.
I've got 213k mi and never had an ABS issue...
