1. 87 Octane will cause the engine to detune itself to avoid knocking. You won't damage the engine, but you are likely getting lower MPG. If calculate the cost of using Premium vs. 87, it's minimal in a year... and you get to enjoy the turbo you just paid for. Note: if you switch, disconnect the battery and make three or more hard runs onto the highway, etc... the ECU will retune to the better gas.
2. If the fluid is down, it went somewhere. Check in front of the rear wheels. If one of the rams is leaking, it drains there. It will likely get worse fairly quickly. Could also be the pump leaking - look for oil in that area.

4. Get a factory bracket from a junkyard. Or order a new one, part # 45 62 948. Not all that expensive.
5. Get a new ALL-In-1 key VIN cut from some place like eeuroparts.com. Then buy a used key off Ebay to get the electronic guts. Pay an indy mechanic or a dealer to program the new and old to work with your car. Not cheap, but losing your only key is a lot more expensive.
