I would've started with the rear drains. On every car I've owned with a sunroof, the rear drains have gotten clogged up with crap where they exit the body. I've never had a problem with front drains. Take off the carpet on either side of the hatch and you'll see a clear hose on either side that goes into a rubber fitting in the floor. The left side will have a second small hose for the antenna drain. Have a small pan or bucket ready, and put your thumb over the end of the hose as soon as you pull it out. Pull the rubber fittings out of the floor and clean them out. They have a pinched end that you may want to snip off with some scissors so they don't clog up so easily.
