I haven't done the brace but the rear sway bar is pretty easy. The hardest part might be getting the old one off depending on the rust. Impact wrench is always nice. I now use a Dewalt Lithium battery impact wrench most of the time and that will rip it right off. If not, just hand tools and PB Blaster.
