You don't even have to jack the car to do the rear bar. Note that the GS bar comes with new bolts. Just tighten the old ones until they snap off, then pull the clip strip with the nuts in it off the top and you're done. Don't make the mistake of spending time trying to get the bolts out of the nuts, the whole little nut strip gets tossed.
Front is really quick on lift. Without, a little longer.
You can get a rack brace, but I think it's overkill for LHD cars. Get a poly bushing from powerflex USA for the large bushing in the rack. Makes a big difference and only costs $50. Also very easy to install.
