One thing you should know is the NG900 and OG9.3 have one of the worst chassis out there with respect to rigidity. I suggest that you drive a Viggen CV to see if you can live with the flex...I couldn't. As mush as I love my Viggen Coupe, the styling of the CV and the idea of owning a pair, with the Viggen's extra power, I count bare how much the dash and entire front section of the car twisted under full throttle. They're pretty and they're fast but good handling is not one of their virtues. To some degree this weakness can be fixed on the hardtops but short of a full roll cage, I doubt all of the bolt on braces and bars would do much.
Secondly, fi you still want one of these older cars, keep an extra $5K aside for eventual roof hydraulic repairs unless all of the pistons have been rebuilt and all lines have been replaced recently.
I'm no mechanic but have owned a Viggen for 11 years and wanted a CV for a few years until I drove a couple and did my research about roof mechanism failures. I know nothing about the NG9.3 other than I've always found it too big and too GM.
