Based on the date scrawled on the car's fender, and the fact the damaged shell is still not available for sale months later by the Insurance Co, I suspect the occupant(s) fared very poorly in the crash.
I found additional info on the 'net and other forums:
"Follow up from September 23, 2015:
The man who was killed last week when he crashed into a Hilltop church was on parole and driving a stolen car, Columbus police said.
William Ziegler, 45, died in the crash at 2 a.m. last Thursday in the 2400 block of W. Mound Street. Ziegler had no regular address but was staying in the Columbus area, police said.
According to a police report, Ziegler was driving west on Mound “at an extremely high speed” when he didn’t make a curve.
The car jumped a curb on the southwest corner of the intersection with S. Wayne Avenue, crashed through a chain-link fence and struck the east wall of the Compel Christian Center.
Ziegler died at the scene.
The car, a 2000 Saab, was registered to a Pennsylvania woman but had been stolen locally, said Sgt. Brooke Wilson of the Accident Investigation Unit.
The car’s speed was estimated at 75 mph when the crash occurred, according to a police report. The posted speed limit at the intersection near Hilltonia Park is 25 mph, police said.
State records show that Ziegler was released from prison on Halloween and placed on parole for five years. He had served 11 years after pleading guilty to a count of aggravated robbery and two counts of felonious assault in connection with crimes that occurred in 2003.
Ziegler had been arrested twice this summer and was convicted in August of obstructing official business and possession of criminal tools. Records show he was sentenced to a year of probation for those offenses."
The church appeared in photos to have been constructed of full thickness brick or cobblestone walls, not a veneer on 2x4 stud walls.
