My 1996 900 S (2.3L non-turbo) 5 sp. 47K miles is displaying three annoying problems. If these problems ring a bell, I'd appreciate any advice.

Oil is leaking from the rear main seal and all transmission seals, according to a dealer I don't entirely trust.

Coolant is leaking from places unknown. Same semi-shifty dealer recommends replacing all hoses. I've seen a service bulletin concerning coolant leaking from the head but I don't know if it applies to this engine.

Headlights point straight down, could not possibly be aligned properly as I cannot see more than 20 feet ahead of the car. Deal insists they are aligned properly. I wish they had evening hours so I could take the manager on the late-night run of his life. Wasn't there a service bulletin on this, too?

Any suggestion on where I can find a list of service bulletins other than AllData.com The bulletin list for NG900's hasn't been updated in 2 years.
