Age, miles, and lack of fuel pressure at the rail are the hints that I think define your problem source. You have already replaced two other culprits which could cause this, the Fuel Pressure Regulator and the Fuel Filter. Since the problem is staying constant I don't see reason to suspect your new parts are faulty.
