Dont over think this)..
There are many rubber and metal brake friendly greases out there. I use Sil Glyde which is easily found locally..
That guy in your link used wayyy too much grease during his rebuild. You only need a smidge/light coating during rebuild.Some rebuilders only used brake fluid as their lubricant/assembly lube..Just keep things clean as you go and have at it)
Word of caution from my experience.: If you use compressed air to remove piston,make sure you use a block of wood to protect piston when it comes flying out.Go easy on the air bc the piston will fly out abrupty. Keep fingers away aw well...Good luck
