Thanks for this additional picture. It confirms fuel door lock motor wiring colour.
"Is the alarm activated if the fuel door lock is bypassed?" Wasn't really a bypass. I just loosened the motor's mounting screws and removed it from its bracket, thereby removing the "deadbolt" from the fuel door. Then (perhaps foolishly) cycled the deadbolt by hand. Don't know if system sensed this (I hadn't separated connectors yet) and caused both harness leads to go to ground. But yes, alarm is still activated, (but its fuse is pulled) so no sound or flashes. Three doors are still deadlocked. Would you by chance have a schematic that shows the doors' lock motors' connection to the central locking control module, or alarm module, whichever applies? I might then be able to send an unlock signal there.
Also, your earlier posts show the driver's door microsw being a SPDT. I've tested the msw, and it does only SPST, though it has three wires like a SPDT. If that is the problem, I can easily mimic SPDT at the harness end in the driver's door. Just haven't had the time. Also, wire colours are different. Middle is brown, not vio/wht. blu/blk agree. blk on diagram, yellow/red on my wire. Different market? I'm in Canada.
