1. oil pickup tube and transfer tube O-rings were replaced
2. oil pump inner drive gear is engaged with crankshaft woodruff (crescent shaped) key
3. oil pump big gear has the side with punch mark facing outwards, so that beveled outer edge is towards timing cover
4. apply some sticky engine assembly lube or petroleum jelly to gears to increase suction
5. oil pump cover is properly keyed to timing cover
6. oil pump cover big circlip has its outer beveled side facing outwards to force oil pump cover into pump gear timing cover recess
7. spring on oil pressure relief valve is not omitted
8. maybe loosen oil turbo banjo fitting on oil filter housing (downstream of filter) and check for oil leakage. If oil leaks out when unscrewing oil filter (upstream) a little, then new filter may be blocked. This would be very unusual, but one never knows these days with parts.
